Gasket making and nose cone clearance

After many trial fits and having to make another gasket to shim I'm finally happy with the clearance of the axle tubes to gearbox .

run the new tap through and cleaned up the threads, now the new bolts run perfect.

removing Aluminium from the nose cone for needed clearence
